Just last season, Phillip Lim had dope dress in their collection. It was shaped like a large t-shirt but made of tiny crinoline and silk strips that created an amazing ruffle effect. Yeah, dope. Well I guess I wasn't the only one who paid close attention because this season, J. Crew has something VERY similar with their layered cotton tank. The cool thing about J. Crew's is that it can be layered under a blazer or jacket or something like that. It's only $39.99 for my fashion+financial friendly shoppers. :)-Christopher Nic.
