Jimmy Choo Creates Madness at H&M

H&M has always been involved in numerous collaborations with top dollar designers. This time, with their collaboration with shoe genius, Jimmy Choo they knew they had hit the nail on the head. Most of their collaboration launches happen early in the morning but with such a huge collab, the Fifth Ave. store made it an invite-only event that started at 7 p.m. You can see from the picture that as soon as ladies were able to get their bodies through the door, there was no stopping them. All they saw were blue (from the "Choo blue" that is). There were all kinds of items to Choo-se from, including sequined and beaded tanks, tunics, jackets. There were also some suede offerings, such as a minidress with more than a foot of fringed trim.

Security was really heavy in the shoe department, where girls went crazy over the patent leather or zebra print stilettos. Can you believe that they needed police barriers? I can. Shoes can make a girl turn into a new person. If you around Fifth Avenue in the near future, there are still items in stock, but who knows for how long.

H&M Fashion Studio

It's always a good idea to take advantage of all the online tools available to help you find and create the look you want. While visiting H&M online, I noticed they have a tool called the Fashion Studio where you can create your own look using all their cute and affordable clothes. This is a great tool to just get inspiration, or to put an outfit together quickly without spending hours in the dressing room.

The Fashion studio allows you to choose your model, background, and all the clothing and accessories you would ever need. Once your look is complete, you can save it to your computer, email it to a friend, or print it out and go searching for your dream look. I'm sure H&M will hate me for saying this, but you can definitely take the look and go elsewhere...especially if your like me with the nearest H&M being 30mins away.

I Think I Found The One

These are a few pieces from H & M's party 2009 collection, and I must say...all the other pieces pale in comparison to the multi-colored sandal. My life now feels incomplete...I need these shoes in my life. We're kindred spirits! lol. They should be available October...don't worry lover, I'll be waiting.

H&M Keeps The Collabs Coming

Sometimes the fashion industry just comes up with things that tickles my insides and makes the rest of my day better. To hear that shoe giant Jimmy Choo will be releasing a line for H&M is beyond me! TIP isn't even the word to decribe what I'll be doing in some Choo's honey. I can start making a "Choo Fund" now because the accessories line doesn't drop until November 14th, so I can get every pair and all the matching bags (can we say ebay resale???).
