Wal-Mart, the largest food retailer in the country, says it will make its food more healthy and more affordable. First lady Michelle Obama said she is “thrilled” by the idea. (What else did she say?) Wal-Mart reportedly plans to create a seal to make it easier for consumers to identify healthier food options.
